Big Lexbowski Block Party

Wild Women of Poetry Slam at The Downtown Arts Center

A poetry slam competition sponsored annually by the Kentucky Women Writers Conference, emceed by Bianca Spriggs, with featured celebrity judge Jessica Helen Lopez and Nashville singer/songwriter Amythyst Kiah. Poets Christina Boyd, Lisa Marie, Jordon Roberts, and Jeannie Woller will compete for the $500 Faith A. Smith prize. This event is free and open to the public.
