The Lexington Public Library and the Lexington Film League present a month-long screening series celebrating the early work of the legendary director. Every Tuesday evening during March, the Farish Theater will screen a different Hal Ashby film, beginning with his rarely screened 1970 directorial debut “The Landlord” and concluding with the 1976 Woody Guthrie biopic “Bound for Glory.”
March 5: “The Landlord”
March 12: “Harold and Maude”
March 19: “The Last Detail”
March 26: “Bound for Glory”
All screenings will begin at 7 pm, with the exception of “Bound for Glory” which will start at 6:30 pm. Admission is free and open to the public.
